HOW TO SHOP
The product detail page provides you with all the information you need to start shopping at our Online Superstore. You can see your chosen product in more detail, view the sizes available and add the product to your shopping basket:
Description – This is a description of the product and includes the fabric detail for clothing items.
Product Image – All products have an image so you can take a closer look at what you wish to buy. You can click on the image to enlarge the view. (This may take a moment to download on slower connections).
Add to Basket – Clicking this button adds the item to your shopping basket. Before you do this, please ensure that you have selected the appropriate size. You will then be taken to your basket page where you will be able to amend your order if you wish to add more items to your order continue shopping.
Discount – Your 10 per cent Season Ticket Holder/Membership discount and/or Leeds United MasterCard discount(s) is applied to eligible full price items once you click to checkout when you complete your transaction.
Vouchers – Gift vouchers can be used at the Online Superstore. If you have a valid voucher then please scratch off the panel on the front of the voucher and enter the code when making a purchase.
Please Note: The value of vouchers can only be used to buy products ONLY. You can not use your voucher to buy Postage and Packaging.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Before you order, please ensure:
- You have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable)
- You are aware of the expected delivery dates for the product
- The desired quantity is correct
- You have read the terms & conditions
- If you are wishing to claim 10% membership discount ensure that you customer number is saved within your registered details
On your shopping basket page, when you are ready to purchase, click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.
If you are a new customer you will be taken through to the order form when you will be asked to enter information, including the delivery address, your name and payment details. Once this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please note, for security reasons your first order must be delivered to the billing address of your credit card.
If you are an existing customer, you will be asked to log in, if you have not done so already. If none of your details have changed you will be asked for your credit card details. Once this is completed you will then be shown an order confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Please note that when you click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be taken to a secure area of the Online Superstore. This ensures that all personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read by others.
REGISTERING
When you first order a product from us, a profile is created from the information that you provide. This includes details including the delivery address and your name:
Name & Surname – Please complete these fields as requested.
Address – We cannot deliver your items without an address. If you do not live in a city please complete your postal town and please add your postcode or zip code if known. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box address. Please select your country of residence from the drop-down menu provided.
Customer Number – You must enter a valid customer number to be eligible for the 10 per cent discount available to valid season ticket holders and members.
Why can’t I find my country of residence on the dropdown menu? If your country of residence is not on the drop-down menu please call our order-line on 0871 334 2019.
Telephone & Mobile numbers – We require these in order to contact you quickly in the event of any queries we may have regarding your order. These numbers will not be passed onto any third party and we will only contact you should we need to.
Email Address– This is important as it is used to log you onto the website. Please complete this field very carefully, checking it is correct. We can also keep you updated with special offers and news about our website via e-mail.
Password – You will also be prompted to create a password. This should be between six and 10 characters and something you can remember easily, but not too obvious. It is recommended you make your password a mixture of letters and numbers for security purposes. Your password is case sensitive.
PAYMENTS
The credit/debit cards we accept are:

Please note that due to high security settings on our online store your first order must be delivered to the registered address of the card you are using. The order and the credit card must also be in the same name otherwise the order will be declined.
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all items featured on the Online Superstore are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock.
If an item is out of stock on our Online Superstore, and we cannot obtain any further supplies, we will remove the item from sale.
Although we try to get all orders dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
Products on Pre-Order or Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering.
Credit Card Checks – we may need to make additional checks on your credit card.
Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges may take an extra few days to dispatch.
Please note that once a squad name and number have been printed on the shirt, unless the shirt is faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt even if that player subsequently leaves the club or his squad number changes.
The products illustrated on this website are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Leeds United accepts no responsibility for variances in colour or style due to the settings on the users monitor.
Leeds United reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, prices of products and conditions of sale.
DELIVERY
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 28 days for delivery to destinations outside of the UK. It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.
All orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order is being despatched to confirm the tracking number for your parcel. You can track the progress of your delivery by logging onto the Royal Mail website.
Should your order be available and ready for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted, then please contact us on 0871 334 2019.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the eighth working day AFTER you receive the goods, except where the goods have been personalised or made to your specification, or (in the case of audio or visual recordings or computer software) the package has been unsealed.
A working day is any day except a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. In order to cancel, you must write, fax or email us to tell us you are cancelling your order (our returns form will do), and return the goods to us unused and in good condition at your own expense. We will then refund the price and the amount you paid for your original postage and packing.
RETURNS
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
When returning an item please include a note of what action you would like to be taken i.e.: refund, replacement, faulty etc.

Please note that for your protection Leeds United recommends that you use a recorded service to return any goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty we will replace this where possible. If we no longer have the item in stock a full refund will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund if goods have been worn, tampered with or damaged.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
DVD’s, PC, Console games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
We would like to point out that all return and re-shipping charges are the customer’s liability.
